Atelier C&C inc. provides custom metalworking services for commercial, residential, industrial, and private and public institution projects within Canada. The specific services, materials, and timelines will be detailed in a separate written proposal or quotation.

3. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment Terms

  • All estimates provided are non-binding and subject to change based on material costs, project scope adjustments, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • A written agreement and/or deposit may be required before work commences.

  • Pricing is based on project specifications outlined in the accepted quotation.

  • A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work, with the percentage determined based on the specifics of each project.

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 5% per month.
     

4. Changes and Cancellations

  • Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may affect the cost and timeline.

  • Cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to a cancellation fee based on work completed and materials purchased.
     

5. Workmanship and Warranty

  • Atelier C&C inc. guarantees that all work will be completed according to industry standards.
     

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

  • Atelier C&C inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Website or services.

  • We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information on our Website.

  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the Client’s misuse of the delivered work.
     

7. Project Completion and Delivery

  • Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain issues, weather conditions).

  • The Client is responsible for inspecting and accepting work upon completion. Any defects or concerns must be reported within seven days.
     

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and images on this Website, is the property of Atelier C&C inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
 

9. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these external sites.
 

10. Privacy Policy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 

11. Photography and Marketing

If a client prefers their project not to be photographed or used for promotional purposes, they must notify us in writing before project completion.
 

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada.

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
     

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
 

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website and our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
